The Constitution
The Constitution is the supreme law and everyone is obliged to observe it.
It lists the fundamental rights of the Maltese people, as well as the functions of institutions such as the Presidency, Parliament, Government, the Law Courts, Attorney General, electoral law, neutrality, and other matters.
