David Paul Mifsud

I would like to see the following entrenched in the constitution.
a) Separated fathers should have by default equal parenting time with their children (including number of nights spent). Fathers should not be relegated to the standard one night per week sleepover just because they were constrained to move out. The word access should be abolished and converted to visiting rights.

b) There should be safeguards in the constitution that guarantee that maintenance money that goes for the child is really used for the child and not for mothers to stay at home (to avoid work). Parents receiving maintenance money should present audited accounts once a year to the person paying maintenance money and any unused monies are refunded to the child after the age of 18.
