Once a foreigner (non Maltese) is guilty of a crime (however small the crime is), then the person must be sentenced to leave the Maltese Islands immediately, Maltese are to possess all his belongings and never ever to return (prohibited entry for life). This way we live in a safer environment, inhibitor to crime due to harsh penalties, and we do not pay for them , feed them etc in prison, to be released and commit crime again. Our tax money will be spent better.
