| A separate chapter should be included in the Constitution to deal specifically with the protection of Malta’s heritage, environment, archaeology and historic landscapes, in such a way that this protection is ensured and enforceable by the necessary structures, administrative resources and effective legal remedies. We are the guardians of the landscape and the historical and artistic patrimony of the Nation which we should safeguard to future generations. |
