1. The President should be elected and accepted by two-thirds of the parliament. The President should have a National Presidential Board made up of two ex-chief Judges, ex Prim Minister from both parties. This President should have extended power regarding Police Force, Defence and Civil Service. The President should have the power to eliminate any prim minister who is proven corrupt or not accepting the rule of law.
2. I believe the Police Commissioner application should be open to any E.U. country and after being selected by a Presidential National Board then accepted by two-thirds of Parliament.
3. All Chairmen of All Institutions should be chosen and accepted by the National Presidential Board and accepted by parliament.
